Senator Pearce,

May I draw your attention to my email below, and your response to it.

Proposed CCW requirement changes.

ARS 13-3112

E. (Now blue) removes the training requirements.
O: Deletion of training in its entirety.

The reason it needs to be retained is to prevent the possible loss of reciprocity with other states and happened between NV and UT last year. NRA comment on this:


Please reconsider reinstating the training requirements.

Actually we are putting back in the training for CCW for those who want and need a CCW permit.

Sir, while applaud your sponsoring of the “No Permit CC” bill, I would beg you to consider leaving the permit, and it requirements as it is. Failure to do so will lead to the loss a of reciprocity from many other states that Arizona now enjoys. Then those who choose to carry without a permit would be restricted to the State
